The E2E Program

This is our advanced 12-month program where we will go deep into the most important elements of a successful Endo Practice. Included are: practice management, clinical efficiency, scheduling, managing difficult patients and/or referrals, marketing techniques, office culture, hiring/firing, increasing profitability and more.

12-months of access to Dr. Simcock, one of the most respected Endo coaches in the US

You and Dr. Simcock will meet once a month for a one-hour Zoom call. Additionally, you will have unlimited access to Dr. Simcock and his office team, unlimited training opportunities, discounts for Endo2Endo upcoming courses and more.

We will schedule two in-person meetings:

1: Dr. Simcock will travel to visit your practice.
2: You and your key staff members will travel to Bellingham, Washington to visit Endo2Endo.

When visiting your office, Dr. Simcock will be observing and learning the systems in your office and have recommendations on how to streamline and create different systems.

After the day of observation, Dr. Simcock will meet the next day for an in-person three-hour Endo2Endo Team meeting that will lay the foundation for the changes that your office will make. When you visit Dr. Simcock’s office, you will get to see how it all works together and be able to sit side-by-side with his lead dental assistants and schedulers to see those systems in action.
