The Eye2Eye Program
This is a 6-month program tailored to your practice’s specific challenges and goals. Over the 6 months, you and Dr. Simcock will discuss practice management, clinical efficiency, scheduling, managing difficult patients and/or referrals, marketing techniques, office culture, hiring/firing, increasing profitability and more.
The Eye2Eye Program Breakdown:
The program starts with a very comprehensive E2E Questionnaire that explores your philosophy, your mindset, your “why”, as well as the numbers that are driving your practice. Your answers will help give Dr. Simcock insight into where there are opportunities for discussion and change.
You and Dr. Simcock will meet individually every month for a one-hour Zoom call to discuss ways to improve your practice and track progress.
Together you will see change happen in real time. You will be working one-on-one with one of the most respected Endo Coaches in the country.

Ongoing training will be provided, as needed, for your dental assistant and front desk scheduling teams.We will work together to build systems that create clarity, abundance, and freedom that will allow you to have more time to do the things you love.
